This talk page is for discussing improvements to Fullmetal Alchemist: The Prototype.

Naming[]

Before we create and modify other articles that are related to this (manga, Rose, Reole, a page for Arzen), I want to clear up the naming of this. It says "Fullmetal Alchemist The Prototype" on the cover, yet other places call it "Fullmetal Alchemist Prototype", or "Fullmetal Alchemist: Prototype". It would be better if it had a colon in it, like "Fullmetal Alchemist: The Prototype", right? So, what should we go with? --kiadony 07:35, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

In my opinion, "Fullmetal Alchemist: Prototype" sounds better... There's also the option of putting up "Fullmetal Alchemist Volume 0", as well. Turdaewen 13:04, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Well, I'd go with "Fullmetal Alchemist: The Prototype", since "the" is featured on the cover. As to "Volume 0", is it called so anywhere? I don't really think it's necessary. --kiadony 13:10, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
Yes, it was called such in the commercials at GanGan, and it's also stated on the cover of the tankohon version (the number 0, I mean), but I agree that it's not necessary to put in the naming... as for the "The", although it seems very "non-english speaker like", I have to agree we should stick to the original writting... lol Turdaewen 13:16, July 28, 2011 (UTC)
I'll move the article then, at least until the official English release. I'll also put "0" in the infobox. --kiadony 13:26, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

equilivant exchange[]

well Ed was able to bypass the law of equivalent exchange because he had the philosopher's stone, even if it was a fake one, so technically the law still stands

A few drops of tears into a river does not equal equivelance in the regular manga. It was overdoneTommy-Vercetti 03:50, August 20, 2011 (UTC)

Even if it's similar to Chapter 1, I think this page still requires a summary like the omake chapters. CorbeauKarasu (talk) 17:50, January 26, 2015 (UTC)

Is there a translation for this? I can't seem to find an English version, and it was published in 2011.
