Rudolph Hess is an antagonistic secondary character that appears only in Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa, where he appeared only in few scenes of the movie, making more a background character until he kills Alfons Heidereich.

Rudolph Hess was an official of the fledgling Nazi party in Germany. On August 17, 1987, he committed suicide, the last Nazi prisoner in West Berlin's Spandau Prison.
Characteristics[]
Rudolph Hess has a generic grunt personality, taking orders from higher-ups, one of the only note-worthy things he does is an attempt to catch Noah twice, in which the second time, he succeeds. Earlier in the film, we see him at the Carnival, offering and becoming a sponsor for Alfons Heidrech's Rocket Research, where he was also attempting to kidnap Noah. He isn't seen again until the end of the movie, where he is sentenced to jail after the War had ended for War Crimes.
